Slow — Mindful Classes
A class style that combines low-impact movements utilizing weighted beams and ankle weights that engage and sculpt the core & glutes with constant nonstop motion. This class is not suitable for pregnant participants. Before your class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so you can settle in calmly. To ensure a smooth experience and avoid interrupting the class, access to the studio will close 3 minutes after the start time.
